What Is TUPE?
TUPE stands for Tobacco-Use Prevention Education.
TUPE works to help prevent the use of tobacco and other substances by helping students make healthy decisions.
The purpose of the TUPE program is to reduce youth tobacco use. The program encourages students to make healthy decisions surrounding tobacco related product use and abuse. The program uses research based approaches, educational instruction and activities that build knowledge as well as social skills and youth development assets.

Goals of TUPE:
Tobacco Use Prevention Education provides youth development programs to prevent the use of tobacco and other substances. Programs for grades 6-12 teach students about healthy relationships, setting and meeting goals, handling peer pressure, and responsible decision making.
